Product No.: ZH-AA5   Material: DuPont Kevlar aramid (U.S.) blended with Chevron Phillips PPS (U.S.)   Specifications: 25 mm or 50 mm wide; 25 m per roll.   Color: Light yellow (natural color)   Product Features and Applications: Made from a blend of DuPont Kevlar aramid and U.S. Chevron Phillips PPS, this high-temperature, flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener delivers performance close to an all-aramid construction while addressing the temperature limitations of an all-PPS product and offering excellent cost-effectiveness. It is self-extinguishing under high-temperature exposure and meets the applicable requirements of the FMVSS 302 horizontal flammability test for automotive materials and the FAR Part 25.853(b) vertical flammability test for aircraft materials. The product consists of matching hook and loop sides, withstands temperatures up to 260°C and temperatures as low as -70°C, and supports continuous use at temperatures up to 240°C. It provides a secure, close fastening and can be reused hundreds of times. The aramid hook is an advanced, high-technology product whose operating, flame-retardant, and heat-resistant performance is at a leading level in China and internationally. It not only addresses the temperature limitations of PPS hooks, but also replaces stainless-steel hooks that may injure operators or damage products during use. The fastener also resists attack from strong oxidizing agents, strong acids, sodium hydroxide, solvents, acetone, hydrocarbons, and alcohols. Because of its specialized performance, high-temperature flame-retardant aramid/PPS hook-and-loop has become a strategically important material and has supported long-term cooperation with major state-owned enterprises, large private companies, and internationally recognized businesses.   Suitable for removable thermal-insulation jackets, fire-protection covers, and low-temperature anti-freezing covers requiring high heat resistance and flame protection.
